Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website of Collin County Sprinkler ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
Services
Collin County Sprinkler provides sprinkler installation, irrigation repair, drainage, and landscaping services throughout the DFW Metroplex. Estimates for all services except sprinkler repair are provided free of charge and are valid for the period stated at the time of the quote. Work performed is subject to a separate service agreement.
Warranty
New residential irrigation system installations include a 3 year warranty on materials and labor. Zone additions and reroutes carry a 1 year warranty. Warranty details, coverage, and exclusions are provided in your service agreement. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by construction activity or work performed by third parties. Warranties are nontransferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Financing
Financing offers are provided by third-party financing providers, including Wells Fargo, and are subject to credit approval and the lender's applicable terms and conditions. Collin County Sprinkler is not the lender.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of assessment. Should additional work be required due to conditions not visible during the initial estimate, we will communicate any changes before proceeding.
Service Requests
Submitting a contact, quote or service request through this website does not constitute confirmation of an appointment or acceptance of a service agreement. Service is scheduled once confirmed by our office.
Use of Website

Limitation of Liability
Collin County Sprinkler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website. Our liability for services performed is governed by the terms of your service agreement.
